With Hospital Confinement coverage, put your worries to rest.

The Hospital Confinement policy will allow an applicant the choice of three plans to fit his/her individual needs.  In addition, three optional benefit riders are available with the Hospital Confinement plan.  Depending on the plan elected, the employee's coverage will include some or all of the benefits listed below and the optional riders are elected separately.
